Hello

Im trying to get a YouTube video to download. When I drag the URL to permute, Permute becomes active with the spinning lines but doesn't do anything when I release.

I read that the Mac App store version doesn't allow for downloading from youtube, but I'm using non-app store version.

Any ideas? Thanks!

   Hi Guy,

   it's possible that YouTube has changed their URL scheme again, so Permute cannot find the download link. Could you give me a sample URL that doesn't work? I'd fix it in the next update.

   And yes, Apple forced us to remove the YouTube downloading feature, as well as DVD ripping. :-/

   Ive tried lots of different URLs and all are having the issue, here's an example one:

   Hi,

   which version are you using? In menu, choose Permute > About Permute - it should be Version 1.3.7 (528)

   If it's not, try redownloading it from here - http://updates.fuelcollective.com.s3.amazonaws.com/permute/Permute_...

   I've just tried the link above and it's worked just fine...

   Hi,

   I have the same problem with 1.3.7 (528) as mentioned above. I drop the Youtube link onto Permute and nothing happens.
