Trying to convert skype phone calls from .mov to mp3. Suddenly it's not working. It did work before in 2010 when I first bought Permute. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Steele,

Could you post the debug log of one of those conversions? (see http://help.fuelcollective.com/kb/fuel-collective/retrieving-debug-log)

    Thanks.

Won't have access to my MAC until 8/9/2012.

The problem is that the .mov file is from a skype phone conversation. The conversion results in only one side track (the track I don't want) of a two track audio phone conversation. Don't understand why it is a .mov file in the first place, there is no video.
Secondly my permute license is valid yet I notice it keeps reminding me of how many conversions I have left. Cannot find my license purchased in 2011. Can you help?

    Hi Steele,

no worries. At your first convenience.

.mov is just a format that encapsulates seperate tracks (both video and audio), so even an audio file may be .mov.

As for the license, here's a link which will activate Permute: fcpermutereg://email=[email blocked]&license=PERM-870H-...

Also, you can go to our website https://fuelcollective.com and click on the Lost License link at the bottom of the page to get the license resent.
