With each of our applications we offer a trial period of 15 days or equivalent. We ask that you evaluate the application(s) you are interested in before you purchase. If there is an issue with the application after purchase we ask that you please contact Support before asking for a refund. Refunds will only be issued if deemed reasonable by Fuel Collective, LLC.(1)

Mac App Store
Purchases made from the Mac App Store can only be refunded by Apple, Inc. by contacting them. We have no control over refunds with applications purchased from the Mac App Store.

(1) We're quite reasonable and will always do our best to make sure our users are happy with us. We just ask you don't take advantage of that.
